When Angels Fear is one of those books that kept popping up in my life. I’m glad it did. One of the most important things to me as a reader is the Voice of a book. And this book sang to me. I loved the language and it’s usage. The author understands the value of a well-timed F-bomb, while also expanding my vocabulary with a variety of words, all of which combined to create a thoroughly enjoyable reading experience. The main character is wonderful. The tension builds steadily throughout the book. The climax stretched perfectly. In the end, I want to know more about the town of Flammark and all its secrets.
Well done. Fast paced. Highly recommended.
