I really enjoyed reading this book. I think it was very intelligently written and it was a real page turner, I always wanted to know what happened next and didn’t want to put it down.
The characters and the plot were well written, although I think there was a bit where the science was glossed over and detracted from the realistic nature of the story… EMP * frown *.
The book blends different genres well, it is definitely a thrilling horror story merged with a decent police procedural. Some of it was very intense to read, from the cover you would not expect how dark the twists and turns can go!
I have recommended this to friends as something very different to read.
I hope to see a book 2 on the horizon.
